On many tours, we do accept children and offer children's discount. And, we recently have developed many family vacations with special prices for children. In some cases, and in some destinations, children should be over the age of eight. Of course, we can customize a tour, designed for your specific needs and the ages of the children. We recommend that you purchase adequate and comprehensive insurance before departure. A comprehensive Travel Protection Plan offered by Trip Mate Insurance is available with all of our tour programs. The insurance covers the following: Accidental death and dismemberment: medical expense and emergency assistance; trip cancellation and interruption; trip delay; baggage loss and delay; 24 hour emergency assistance. Since our Air & Land packages are based on special low-priced contract airfares, it is not possible to upgrade. However, please note that all of our tours indicate the amount of the "Land only" portion; you may purchase the land from us and then make arrangements for your own Frequent Flyer air ticket. Please see the General Information section in each destination brochure, which outlines the payment dates as well as the cancellation fees for each tour. A brochure tour offers set departures, itineraries and prices based on group participation. A custom tour is designed to meet your special needs and interests. Often, this will include all of the features of a group tour, but usually tailored for smaller groups from 2-8 participants. Transatlantic flights allow two checked bags per person, with neither to exceed 62 inches. In addition to are allowed to take one carry-on bag not to exceed 39 inches. Most airlines will not accept oversized roller-bags to carry on to the plane. When traveling between countries and on domestic flights within each country, baggage is weighed, allowing 44 pounds in economy and 66 pounds in First Class. The following credit cards are accepted for deposits and full payments: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express Every participant on an international tour required a passport valid for at least six months from the day of departure from the U.S. Additionally, many countries require a visa. Each individual destination brochure includes information on visa requirements. Isramworld, as an Active Member of the United States Tour Operators’ Association (USTOA) is required to post $1 million with USTOA to be used to reimburse, in accordance with the terms and conditions, the advance payments of Isramworld customers in the unlikely event that the company goes into bankruptcy or insolvency.
